Ikizukuri - eating live fish Video

As you have already known that Japanese eats raw fish, which is called Sashimi, but we sometimes eat live fish, which is called Ikezukuri or Ikizukuri.

In some Japanese restaurants, they have tanks to keep fish alive, then customers order Ikizukuri, they cook and serve immediately so that the fish still moves. I agree that it is cruel, personally, I eat Ikizukuri a few times for my life.
